It's a small, family-owned and operated company. But they are an experienced government contractor, and know their business. The workday is all about business, no folderol. No micromanagement. Short and infrequent meetings. As a small company, they were judicious about what they were going to bid, and declined to pursue jobs that they could not win. Friendly atmosphere.

At the time they were inflexible about remote work.

Good overall support from management. HR dept. is easy to work with.

No annual reviews for raises. Last minute notification on contract changes.
