Slow and unadaptive company - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Focusrite

Very slow pace of working, this can be frustrating as it is hard to get many things actually completed in a good time frame. Seems to be a massive lack of energy and passion which could be caused by the lack of progression and support for people who want to grow in their career. Senior team is lead by people who have been at the company for many many years and seem unadaptive and not in tune with whats happening in the outside world of work. It seems like we're working for them rather than for the future of the company and audio industry i.e whatever they say goes. Feedback for experience of working at Focusrite is given yearly via surveys and talked about in teams but it falls flat. I've seen the same things come up time and time again and nothing seems to happen.
