Great company - Recensione dipendente - Technician presso FonFix

The people there are fantastic. I worked up in the main building so the office there is much nicer. Free drinks on Fridays after work, a pool table and a great social club. It’s the people that make you stay there.

Overworked and underpaid. They don’t try and keep staff that have been there a long time as they won’t put their hands in their pockets unless you are management.

90% of the people working in this company are Polish nationality, everyone speaks polish and if your team lead/manager is polish (most likely it is) and yo do not keep your head down and do what yo are told, then you are screwed. The amount of bullying going on in there (polish people bullying non-polish ones) is unbelievable for 21st century, I don't know how they can still get away with it. The HQs tried to cover a few things up and pretend they care when a big complaint was made and some investigation from a third party was carried out when someone that left spoke up, but it seems that they got away with it and carry on bullying and all sort of nasty things. I would recommend someone stays unemployed or go work in swiping streets than working in FonFix, just stay away from this company, especially if you are not polish and a decent chap.
