Vantaggi

depending on the department, it can be a fun environment to work in with great people. Fully remote, PTO whenever you need it (within reason), and has a great mission - the work directly improves peoples' lives.

Svantaggi

Sinking ship. Has a huge issue with retention due to not treating employees with appreciation. Most of my colleagues have all left due to a lack of value. Pays in the lower ~25 percentile of average salaries, tends not to hire within but hires outside, 0 company culture or perks, no benefits.

Vantaggi

There are flexible hours, so it has a nice work life balance.

Svantaggi

Your pay is based on how long your calls last, and it's tough to make a phone call with a stranger last an hour to get the rate of $48/hour. Also, most people that were called had no idea foodsmart existed. It seemed like an insurance scam where the insurance company was signing these people up for services without their consent.
