Performance and results matter less than personal relationships, making the environment unfair and demoralizing for anyone outside the inner circle. The culture relies heavily on fear mongering. Employees are discouraged from speaking up, questioning decisions, or raising concerns due to constant implicit threats around job security. This creates a toxic atmosphere where people operate out of anxiety rather than professionalism. Respect is largely absent. Communication from leadership is often dismissive, condescending, and at times openly disrespectful. Psychological safety does not exist. Severe lack of empathy, poor HR governance, and questionable ethical standards.
