1. The BOD's micromanage management style will lead you to crazy. 2. The BOD didn't trust their employee, not respecting employee, belittling employee, and very subjective. 3. No aspiration allowed. 4. You will hear the BOD shouting every time in the office. 5. Bad communication between colleagues. 6. The BOD can do something really ridiculous based on their mood even to laid employee of within a second or didn't pay reimbursement without any reasonable reason. 7. Bad culture.
