Great leadership. Very humble and caring CEO/upper management. Hidden gem of a workplace. Great benefits and culture. CU is economically healthy and consistently growing. They do their best to hire individuals with positive attitudes to create a great workplace environment. Family feel. Very giving to employees and the community. My Manager was very knowledgeable, helped me grow as a person and made a big impact in my life. They truly care for their employees which in turn, transcends to members. Fun company outings and team building activities. I would not have left if I didn’t have to relocate further South.
