Owner is always advertising because noone ever stays. Asks and makes staff do fake reviews. Shoes are cheap made rip off's of other brands. Owner has no idea how to run a company or how to treat his staff. Super is not up to date and when you ask for it he says you have a bad attitude. Doesn't trust anyone to do the most basic tasks. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time working here. Promises are broken and everyone is looking to get out. All the Managers are untrained. Marketing is a joke. No Marketing staff stay as they need to work with the owner.

Absolutely horrible managers, mine creeped me out so much - beware ladies. Also you will have to explain to your customers why their $200 shoes are falling apart, (and also can't refund them!) it is so awkward. These people do not care about you at all, they just want money. And they will make you feel like the worst person ever, even when you work hard to meet their ridiculous standards. They will also complain about how much they pay you (the AWARD RATE - mind you!).

Coworkers were so lovely. A shame that was the only good part of the job. I understand you don’t have to love your job, but this was something else.

Where do I even start?? Owner is incredibly arrogant and rude! - and he knows it too. He has no care in the world of who you are and what you do. All he wants you to do is SELL. But tell me, how is that possible when no proper training is given to staff on why the shoes are worth selling? He rips off designs and claim the as his own. Makes them so cheap, they break after 2 wears. I can’t even begin to count the amount of people who come back requesting for a refund/exchange for their shoes (the policy doesn’t exist within the company BY THE WAY) because they’re shoes have fallen apart. How am I supposed to tell an elderly person (the target audience of the company) that what they want isn’t possible. Couldn’t tell you the amount of guilt I felt selling $200+ shoes that shouldn’t even be called shoes to people. Don’t even get me started on the delayed pays, last minute rosters, lack of superannuation (which I have only received since leaving the company so he wouldn’t receive a lawsuit). I MEAN COME ON! He asks his employees to write reviews on here to up the star rating. Is he that blind? What will make him realise that HE is the problem. NOT HIS STAFF. So stop treating them like they are!
