COO - Ill tempered man. Difficult to work with. Gets very angry & likes to have his on way. Used to having bouts of anger, mood swings & tantrums. Does not have the knowledge of the latest business practices. CEO - He is a good engineer but not a good leader. He should let someone lead the company. He is scared of the COO to a degree that he will agree with the COO just to ensure he stays in his good graces, which is bad for business. They make it very hard for the employees to grow, prosper & stay happy
