Thank you for taking the time in 2016 to share your review as a former employee. It is heartening to hear that there were elements of your experience which were positive, including compensation, teamwork and the brand. I am hopeful that the great deal of change that has come to Chariot over the last 2+ years have addressed many of these concerns and while I am always sorry to hear about a frustrated employee, I know that it is important for leaders to hear that feedback, and it may have even been integral to some of the changes we have seen.
