      Beware of what this company says they will do, versus what they actually do. Was brought into the position with promises of tuition reimbursement (only paid half of what I was promised after fighting the company for over a year) Said lots of opportunities to move up within the company, but truth is upper management is a bunch of favored employees who have been with the company decades and promotion from within won't happen unless you're a favorite of them. Promotions not based on skill set, nor accomplishments

      Easy job on day to day tasks. But that’s only because management is severely lacking. Decent pay, company vehicle, typical benefits (health care, 401k, etc.)

      Management structure with No direction, No focus or a real understanding of what influences end user buying decisions. They don’t even perform a basic market swat analysis to understand what they could be doing better. Why? Because we invented this stuff, and have been doing it for 110+ years do we know it all. Well then, enjoy your 30% market share there buddy.
