      Excellent opportunity for those who are driven. You won't get boxed in. So much room for growth.

      Leadership changes so quickly it makes an unstable enviroment. Tendancy to put people in roles they are not qualified for with the sink or swim attitude and no proper training. Too many systems. Extreme workload tends to burn people out.
