One of the standout features of working at FMG was we sometimes had beers after work. The management team was approachable and supportive, which fostered a positive workplace culture. I particularly appreciated having beers after work talking about digging stuff out of the ground.

While my experience was largely positive, there were some challenges, such as high workload, lack of resources. However, these challenges were made light of when we changed our logo to be a soft drink.
