It's easy and laid back but there is always something to do so I never got bored. Coworkers were super friendly and made the job more entertaining. Very flexible. Only reason I left was because I had to go to college lol

Good environment to learn/sit in for some time to learn skills and the industry. Lower level/direct managers do a good job all around.

No one is really at the helm anymore. Middle management is TERRIBLE and in most cases unnecessary with people not even managing anyone or a quota directly. Low pay for the market, no real pay increase the entire time I worked there.
