Entrepreneurial, close knit teams that worked well together.

Limited growth opportunities due to small company nature.

Good environment to learn/sit in for some time to learn skills and the industry. Lower level/direct managers do a good job all around.

No one is really at the helm anymore. Middle management is TERRIBLE and in most cases unnecessary with people not even managing anyone or a quota directly. Low pay for the market, no real pay increase the entire time I worked there.
