- Nothing to learn after the training - Bad management and no initiative to employees - The company works with ancient procedures & techniques and there is a lot of time needed to spent on those than acctually do your job - The salary - job etc is low and does not change easily - Feels like you work in the private sector - Managers are not inspiring
