Really friendly and welcoming team, I am fairly new to Fortnight and has been a breath of fresh air working with a small team who are so passionate about what they are doing. I love that ideas are shared freely in the team without barriers. I am in regular communication and have support from my bosses when I need it but have never felt 'micromanaged'. There is a focus on learning and development and that is so encouraging. Flexi hours make a big difference to me as I can start work a bit earlier/later some days and go to the gym beforehand which helps me to feel energised and productive throughout the working day.
