1.- Despite I have had the opportunities, in my opinion there are not enough of grwth opportunities at leat in LA. if we are a global company, much of the positions can be distributed in all countries, for example, Mexico does not have any opportunities for financial position. 2.- High level managers need to know (or at least show that they know )the differences between CORE Full service and FSP, when they use to give the status, it looks like they are thinking in full services and not consider the different ways of working in FSP. 3.- If retention is a concern for every CRO and Pharm, budget for integration activities needs to increase for each country/area, especially for LA, I have seen all events performed in other countries and I cannot believe they can perform an event for integration and we cannot due to limited budget.
