Consecutive busy seasons and exam seasons will crush your spirit with investment-banking type hours & little pay. They will fire you if you don't do well in the exams, no matter how good your work is. Some managers can be very mean, overall culture has taken a downturn since the merger with Forvis & the company no longer seems to care much for individual employees. Not great benefits, no overtime pay.
