- only employ apprentices because they have to, they expect you to know what to do and do not offer help. - there is no support at all you are left to get on with it -being new and coming straight from school you are not given a mentor to help you and are in trouble and frowned upon if you make a tiny mistake - no career progression - they watch how long you are spending on client work but not giving enough client work to you and then complaining you haven’t spent enough time on client work - is NOT agile working in the slightest way. Are forced to sit with your team and get treated differently for not.
