*It was a family business and the partners and upper management are still the old family who are managing and controlling everything and it's all against the employee benefit. 1- Unprofessional hiring process: a- No job descriptions b- HR interviews were impromptu, no previous scheduling made, calls through DUO Google application c- No orientation or induction 2- Fake promises: working from home, flexible working hours, fake projects and a supporting environment. 3- Health insurance: No health insurance and only the one with the government and the employee make it when he ask about it.
