Everything about Forward is what I have been looking for in a job. 1) Transparency and impact: At Forward, I am able to see what other people are doing and grow a better understanding of how the work I am doing is directly impacting our customers in a positive way. 2) In Person Culture: At Forward, there is a heavy in person culture and people genuinely enjoy coming to work and seeing other people around me inspires me to work harder and makes me enjoy my work a lot more. 3) Empathy: At Forward, my fellow employees are very patient and understanding with my work. They give me time to learn and make sure I understand what I am doing, while also making sure I don't fall behind.

I think that the pros I listed can definitely be cons and aren't for everyone. If the main thing you want from a job is not one of the things I listed in pros, Forward is probably not for you.
