Great place to work - Recensione dipendente - IT Specialist presso Forward in Technology

I came in with what I felt were solid fundamentals in IT and FIT has helped me build those fundamentals into a true career path. I've worked places where not knowing something would get your head bitten off. At FIT if I don't know something then someone is ready and willing to teach me without judgement. I've never felt more comfortable working anywhere else.

None, it's been nearly impossible to find something bad here.

FiT is an amazing team to work with. Everyone works closely and collaboratively toward company and individual goals. Support is great, benefits are great, and work/life balance is considered extremely important. FiT is overall a wonderful place to work!

As of now, the only real drawback is very limited opportunity for telework. The office environment is absolutely fine, but there's an appeal to a 10-foot commute.
