Office is a nightmare. New hires get treated like royalty and frequently put in positions they are unqualified to hold, so if you decide to work here enjoy the honeymoon phase. Complete lack of ability to create a schedule and communication is non existent. At the end of the day the only thing that matters to them is their bottom line and the first and most frequent thing they will do to protect it is take from their mariners.
