There are a handful of really great attorneys to work with who care about their clients and the work product. Those folks are fantastic and take the time to work together as a team.

You get projects from so many different people from every office and so little information, it becomes very difficult to complete anything. Also - they still operate as two firms instead of one. You have different systems, some great tools that 90% of the firm refuses to use.
