Low wage. Tough to advance and not much professional development unless you're a recreation major.

Since the FRC is a part of Missouri State University, supervisors are very understanding of scheduling around school needs and the hours/days follow the school calendar pretty closely. For a part-time job as a student, the pay is actually pretty good. You definitely get what you put out of the job. If you want more from the job your supervisor is going to help you find a way to get that experience, they want to help set up you up for success even after you graduate.

Employee parking is a joke, you just have to park in the regular campus lots so if there is an event going on at the basketball arena there is no parking within two or three blocks that won't end up in you getting a ticket for going to work.
