No matter how smart and efficient you are, your intelligence will be insulted if it does not line up exactly with the owner's view of right and wrong (which can change depending on their mood). Mistakes are not tolerated. You will be clocked out to fix it, whether you are aware of it or not. Your pay will get deducted without your knowledge as well. You are severely underpaid for working nearly 24/7 during the busy seasons (sleeping at the studio, dealing with an impossible boss, smiling through verbal abuse, etc...) Not allowed to pause or say "um". Micromanaging is the norm.
