Every person I worked closely with at Found, I not only learned from but felt like they were a mentor. I always felt like someone was in my corner and my writing skills exponentially grew. I felt seen and heard.

Transparency in leadership and common layoffs.

Good mission. Good colleagues who care about the mission. 100% remote. Good insurance and benefits.

Multiple rounds of layoffs that happen unannounced. The company loses intellectual capital with every layoff. The people left scramble to find where things are and try to create new systems without much support from leadership. The compounding fragmentation makes it hard to do good work. Obesity meds has been a tough market and the company leadership has been so myopic in their approach to winning, it neglects to support the team that'll get them there. The company discontinued DEI years ago and that doesn't seem aligned with the mission to address obesity.
