PTO must be used for national holidays. Pay below industry standards High turnover. No work/life balance. Very little transparency. Health insurance is expensive. Employees are held in low regard No monetary bonuses Pay increases are far and in between. Unethical practices covered by management. Computers are old, runs slow, and more likely than not will be “fixed” and not replaced. Doctors can complete LOC evaluations without meeting with patient or family.
