It was a creative role, with the independence to make it my own, I enjoyed the structure and management side, as well as the social care role, it was very fulfilling.

My passion is with marketing, graphic design and illustration, so I wanted something closer to this role, for my longterm plan.

This company is a good place for someone to gain experience in the mental health field, it's a small mom and pop company so makes the place kind of like a second home. It's has a laid back atmosphere and management is very flexible with the employees

The laid back atmosphere can cross the line and be a bit unprofessional. The staff are dedicated but are under-trained, which often results in a lack of motivation. The building itself could use a lot of love and care, there is so much potential it's just not being taken advantage of. Also the company would definitely benefit from partnering with other companies within the field of mental health to offer the clients the best service possible. It's pretty clear to see that the money means more than client care
