Vantaggi

Management is supportive and approachable, at least for my account. They communicate well and are willing to help when issues come up. Salary is competitive and always paid on time, which gives peace of mind. PTO and other benefits are standard and fair. The work environment is organized, and expectations are generally clear.

Svantaggi

The equipment could be improved. It would be great if the company considered upgrading to laptops

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
