Work-life balance is great. No pressure to do overtime or weekend work unless needed, and usually this in on a voluntary basis.

The role that I was in seems to have no progression plan. You're either stuck in being a coordinator unless you apply internally for a different role within the recruiting team. Facilities were bad as we were occupying the testing area for applicants when they are done. Manager has no management skills, and is always sleeping. Colleagues can be unprofessional sometimes. Comp is on the lower spectrum in the job market, and benefits aren't even that good. You're only allowed to use your sick leaves and vacation leaves after a year.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Svantaggi

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
