I am so excited and have read the review,s I am hanging on to all the Pros, this company details in selective reviews! I really enjoyed the webcams, during my interview, and it is detailed and oriented. I respect structure in any growth of a Company... "Great outlook thus far"..

I do not see any Cons at the time for myself and experience here at Sitel, I am temporary for the moment, however, it is giving me a opportunity to present Sitel as I would any other company.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
