Vantaggi

The work was pretty consistent in terms of what I had to do, but for the same reason it was a bit repetitive. Salary was pretty decent, as were the bonuses.

Svantaggi

Sometimes the working hours were too long/no breaks, especially on days/weeks where we were pressured to recruit a certain amount of people. The bonuses were quarterly, and you would receive them once the next quarter was finished (Q1 bonus at the end of Q2), which meant that if/when you left the company, you basically gave up your last bonus.

Vantaggi

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Svantaggi

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
