      This is the worst company I have ever seen. I was promised that someone would be by my side (a coach) I had none. Sorry, I had Tracey Harper who claimed she wasn’t a coach and I was left to myself. I was also told I was starting a $16/hr insurance license job…. then that was never talked about and suddenly I’m doing turbo tax for $13/hr? Excuse me? There’s nobody to ask for help. I worked an 18hr shift and was promised bonuses that I NEVER got. And then I was told there would be 2-4 days between assignments. It’s been 3 weeks. And I posted frustration on Twitter since hr hasn’t replied to me since my date of hire, and now I can’t even log into my information. Real mature sitel, real mature.

      Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

      You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
