I work from home so not having to make the commute home is definitely a pro. Also the work is easy, just document everything in the call, provide customer with information, it’s that simple.

That the information can be changing everyday, we have a support chat we ask for help in looking into the customers account and somedays I feel like support doesn’t even know how to do their job as much as I do, the information we’re told we tell the customer that they have to send in documents even though they just sent them in and everything looks good is frustrating,
