Trips, people you meet, bonuses, working from home, hours, not to many pros since I have left a lot has changed and I heard it wasn't for the better

Now that att bought out directv which I was working for dtv under Sitel. They have taken bonuses away and they promote people that slam customers accounts with programming that they don't even know is there. Sitel doesn't know how to recognize the american worker and they hire outside the country just to be able to give them lower pay

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Svantaggi

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
