🚩Slow, uncoordinated onboarding process. (They will even send you multiple interview invitation even if you've been staying with the company for quite some time). 🚩 Changes to the account or your employment will only be cascaded whenever they want without any prior notice. 🚩 Company culture is toxic, based on my experience. 🚩 Delayed backpay. You'll have to tag NLRC/DOLE to your email, otherwise you won't hear from them. 🚩 They can't provide any sufficient information on why they will tag people on floating status. Management lies so much about how things are going just to cover up their mess. 🚩 People are left hanging. They even place the employees on either reprofile or floating ( and called redeployment to sugarcoat). Not recommended at all.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Svantaggi

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
