I obtained great work experience at this company and truly enjoyed my job. While overworked, it didn't feel like work to me at the time. I am very career-driven, and loved what I was doing in my role and learned a ton about the CRE industry. But, the amount on my plate definitely wasn't scalable, and I was drowning.

I quit because I was getting bullied in the office, and HR was too friendly with the girls who bullied me out in my department. HR aided in the effort. I didn't feel safe working here. The culture in the office is high school level cliquey.
