Constantly hiring fresh-out-of-college ppl means they leave after about a year. There's no room for advancement, no promotions, Hiring ppl with experience means they leave within the first several months. They know this isn't how things should run. No training - you're expected to know things with very little direction. No performance reviews. Bonuses are arbitrary & inconsistent. Paid once a month can be a problem for some ppl. Mgr has favorite employee(s) and it's not hidden/disguised.
