The work environment is good, management listens and address the employees concerns. The company offers lots of perks and the benefits are good. They are very family and home friendly, recognizing the employees need to be home during hurricanes, storms, or family problems. The pay is good and promotions are mostly made from within the company. The Management encourages educational courses. Overall a good place to work.

Ok starting salary. Ok benefits & clean work environment.

Management gave finical incentives to existing employees to post positive reviews on job search engines (For real). Company has no training. Really old - bad - none efficient software. No salary increases or performance reviews. No access to software people need. Shared log-ins or give your work to other employees that have access to software. Team focus changes from day to day or minute to minute. Management doesn't listen to employees. Management isn't transparent with company financials or company goals. Management isn't 100% truthful to clients or employees. THIRTY-SIX (36) employees quit, resigned or were fired with-in the 14 months I worked there. The long term employees are only there because they live close to the office. The long term employees are still there because they've never actually worked anywhere else & they've never worked for a good company with good software or a clear transparent business plan. Everyone works in fear of management. Inflated or questionable financials. Not enough FTE's to do the work. The company isn't following HEIDS or MCR STARS measurements because they can't figure out how those government programs actually technically work. Management is losing money and not telling the clients.
