Good place for residents and employees. Management will listen to your ideas and puts a lot of trust into us. They work hard to make sure employees are happy with their job by giving lots of little perks. You feel cared about here not just a number.

Some updates are needed in the facility.

After three years I was offered what was to be a better job and higher pay. Turns out the pay was less, and I got stuck working through Christmas. When they laid me off in 2008 with the recession I was given no compensation for my vacation time. I had gone 1 1/2 with no vacation.

Pay, Lack of Vacation, NO BENEFITS, None!! The last year there they didn't even pass out turkeys at Thanksgiving.
