A real internship doing straight, high quality news reporting. No opinions, no bias or no external influences, just the facts. A ruthless focus on the basics of journalism. Get the news out. Get it right. Great place for any young reporter/journalist. I got more out of the internship than I did from the journalism classes.

Sometimes long hours, then again I was doing real reporting.

The culture and work environment are great, Jeff spends alot of time making sure peoples experience is the best it can be with the virtual workplace I get a real sense that it is an organization that is going somewhere special.

I would say the general cons you can expect working virtually. The connection with coworkers is a bit harder to make for me.
