It’s a good company and you gain a lot of experience

It’s hard but the pay off is worth it

Most of the production staff is very nice

Horribly toxic environment ran by incompetent, inflexible and often unkind managers. Executive producers so bad at communicating with each other let alone with junior employees. Atrocious attitude and ego problems in management resulting in weird interpersonal politics. Genuinely incompetent scheduling practices made worse by absolute opacity from management. NEW HIRES BEWARE — DURING HURRICANE SEASON IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET PTO APPROVED, I.E. ALL SUMMER. They weirdly did not disclose this to me in the interview process! This turned out to be just the first case of a downright refusal to communicate with junior employees. I did not meet a single person who was happy working here.
