Coworkers are fun and easily relatable. Everyone bonds over the trauma.

The atmosphere at this company is consistently bleak. It is heartbreaking to see how many talented people spend their time hiding away in the bathroom just to cry because the environment is so draining. There is a sense of sadness that fills the workplace, and it is clear that management does not appreciate the incredible talent they have on their team. The treatment of staff by senior management is exploitative. They take advantage of hardworking, dedicated individuals who simply want to do their jobs well. Because of this toxic culture and the blatant disregard for employee well-being, the turnover rate is absolutely unbelievable. People are leaving in droves, and it is a direct reflection of poor leadership and a failure to foster a supportive or even sustainable work environment. I would strongly advise anyone considering a career here to look elsewhere. There are far better places where talent is valued and employees are treated with basic respect.
