In the JHB agency the working hours are great, and they pay better than most agencies do. You get a good work/life balance and don’t often work overtime or weekends.

You get no benefits like a pension fund etc. Not much of a company culture - It’s quite corporate there. FoxP2 JHB don’t believe in doing award winning work. Due to it being a little small, there is a lot of micromanaging that takes place.
The management style there is very passive-aggressive and internal communication is poor. You often have to deal with bad tempers and fowl moods. Not an ideal place for creatives looking to grow. Overall, people are not happy there and their staff turn around is quite big.
