There is not really a Hr people you can seek to share an issue with, you will be left alone and nobody cares about you. Lots of repetitive editing requests from both internal coworkers (picky and complaining) and customers which make the roles uneasy and lots of unexpected delay or make your life more suffering. Not a typical corporate office, it is a manufacturing company. You can’t have your own brain to work here, you have to follow exactly what they ask or else. Like other reviewers wrote this place pay 30-40% less than other competitive companies in salary. No raise or pto increase and keep you the same wage package forever. The HR only inform the lead of the each department what’s going on with the company. A lot of update you will NOT be received or will be skipped if someone decides not to pass on the news to you or if they took out your name from email or group chat. Favoritism and gossiping in this company often. They like to cover up each other mistakes but if you are not within their inner social group, they will announce your mistakes to humiliate you in front of everyone!
