I promised to write the review earlier sorry for that I can only recommend the Dublin team and the whole company I only left because I have another passion and I need physical work but the management is great motivating empowering and very like a family they always help each other and organise a log of events for employes or go for drinks together. My direct manager was very relaxed and let us much space to achieve results, very bottom up which is the best way of managing staff:). I believe the company has great chance to grow in the future and expand . They treat employees very well and have much understanding if people have children and other duties out of work hours so they work flexi hours. Very transparent and open communication

The bar is high, and that's not for everyone. This is not a place where you can coast, perform the bare minimum, or talk your way through deliverables you don't understand. You're treated as a professional in your domain, which means you're expected to actually be one. If you thrive on accountability and ownership, where you can point and say, "See that? I did that!" or "That was me and my team, we accomplished that together!" then you're going to fit right in. If you're looking for a slower pace or heavy hand-holding, it'll be a culture mismatch.
