- Sunken ship. - There was big drop of subscribers during COVID-19 which led to the layoffs. Lots of ups an downs without a good plan. - Remaining (85-90%) people either show off and just there to make a day frustrated for other people. Cannot learn anything from such people. - Your opinion is a joke. - One engineer I knew him since years had an interview with streammotion people for a Sr software Engineer role. I know this guy is an excellent engineer and worked with big projects/brands in the past. But these guys just showed their side during interview with him. Totally disrespectful. I was not surprised. No wonder why good people are leaving and hard to get new people. - Apart from technology (which just within a month) nothing to learn due to such toxic people. Just a few (2-3) team leads are good. - Feels insecure working with them now. There are better options which I am thinking to explore sooner. - From the business side, partnership with Netflix allowed its contents to see but subscription price is quite high to find a compelling reason to pay for.
