I am working with Fractal Analytics since last 3 years. Fractal is a good company to work because of following reasons. 1) a completely fulfilled analytics firm. If you want to get to know each and every thing about analytics domains Fractal is a great place. 2) Matured people and Matured process. Best IT, Admin, Finance support, Learning Academy teams. 3) No worries about Salary credits, Drop facility. 4) In case of any emergency or at the time of natural calamities, Fractal completely takes care about their employees. 5) Work from home facility is available. Best part is everyone is treated at same level. You can talk to any person (even CEO) without any hesitation no matter at what level you are. To summarise, Fractal is really a great place to work, and to really call yourself a True Analytics Person.

There are few cons as follows: 1) Project switching is really difficult. 2) HR response is mostly negative in referral process. 3) Notice period is long (2 months). 4) No learning and outside opportunities if you stick to a single project for a long time.

TMT suffers from ineffective leadership at the helm with little visible effort to grow capabilities or drive meaningful outcomes. Exec contribution to growth is largely absent, making the net impact negative. Cultural values are not consistently reflected in day to day execution. It has a pattern of positioning other teams negatively including Growth, Tech, AI, and PA rather than partnering, which creates real friction with them resulting in loss of opportunities. There is genuine talent within the team being held back by leadership that prioritizes internal politics over building real capability, resulting in shallow vertical capabilities. The gap between what the company expects and what leadership enables the team to deliver is significant and consistently unaddressed
